Cancellation Fees

A $250 cancellation fee will be charged when reasonable notice is not given.

A minimum hire fee will be charged if pump has arrived on site or the wrong pump is ordered.

Customer Responsibility

To provide clear access to site & solid ground appropriate for truck entry.
To specify clearances from power lines or have power disconnected.
To order concrete suitable to be pumped by the type of pump ordered. (Contact us to discuss if unsure).
To pay for towing from site to hard ground if it is required.
To provide traffic management and any permits necessary for concrete pump to allow blockade of roads, paths etc.
To provide suitable washout area to comply with Council and EPA Guidelines and Regulations.
To dispose of any excess concrete unless alternative arrangements have been made directly with Guardian Constructions.
